SHIPMENT

1. Buyer ordered less than 5 items in a shipment , we will charge customer price and 6% processing fees for the inconvenience.

2. Storage fees after 3 days invoice : RM 25/a day per order.

CANCELLATION

1. Cancellation : 10% processing Fees + no convenience fees will be refunded, must be within 3 days after receive the product or before delivery. 

2. Cancellation upon wrong item received – any cancellation or return must be unused , with price tag and original packaging. 

3. Change of Mind + 15% processing fees + no convenience fees will be return back 

REFUND / RETURN

Return product : general products within 1 week.  (Refer to our REFUND POLICY)

Refunds will be done only in FPX online bank transfer every Friday. ( 10-15 business day )
